Chen back up with Dodgers
The Dodgers purchased the contract of OF Chin-Feng Chen, July 4th to replace OF J.D. Drew who was placed on the 15 Day DL. Chen was batting .287 with 10HR and 47 RBI with AAA Las Vegas.

LA Dodgers manager Jim Tracy said Chen "He'll get some at-bats, He gets an opportunity to see where he's at, and we get an opportunity to see where he's at."

So far, Chen is batting .286(2-7) with 0HR and 2RBI.

Chen was designated for assignement by the Dodgers, today(July 23rd) to make room for Milton Bradley who was activated from the DL.

This is the usual attitude with the Dodgers, they haven't gave Chen no chance at all since he's been with the Dodgers, over and over again, he has been designated for assignment and outrighted to the minors. I wish he would get an opportunity to play in Japan.
